Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Trusted Concierge LLC ("Trusted Concierge," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using our formation, registered-agent, compliance, or related services (collectively, "Services"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. No Legal or Tax Advice

Trusted Concierge is not a law firm or tax advisory firm. Our Services, website content, and customer communications are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal or tax advice. You should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information for filings and compliance deadlines.

  • Review all documents for accuracy before submission to state or federal agencies.

  • Pay applicable state or government fees in addition to our service fees.

4. Payment & Refunds

Service fees are due in full at checkout. State/government fees are passed through at cost. We offer a 100% refund for Services cancelled before submission to the state. Once filing begins, fees are non-refundable.

5. Registered Agent Service

Registered Agent service is provided for one (1) year unless renewed. Failure to renew may result in loss of good standing and/or penalty fees imposed by the state.

6. Compliance Reminders

Compliance reminders are provided as a courtesy. You remain solely responsible for meeting filing deadlines and payments. Trusted Concierge is not liable for penalties due to missed filings.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trusted Concierge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable Service.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in class actions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitute acceptance.
